When I think of Campari I think ‘bitter’, I think ‘mysterious’ (just like me!). In all honesty I was never a fan of it because I did not know how to properly drink it.

There is the no frills way with soda and a twist of lime or lemon. Then there is the martini with gin and vermouth. And then there is the spritzer! Made with prosecco and soda with a twist of citrus fruit it is the most refreshing drink you can have. Now sit back, relax and pretend you’re in Venice (in the Summer, when it isn’t sinking of course).

  • 2 parts Campari
  • 1 part soda
  • 3 parts prosecco
